London Fog Latte Recipe

Try this healthier copycat Starbucks London Fog Latte recipe. Made with essential oils and plant based milk, this is a healthier option and tastes just as delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Earl Grey tea leaves or 1 tea bag
  • 1/2 tsp lavender petals
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 DASH vanilla extract
  • 1 drop citrus fresh essential oil

Instructions

  • Brew a cup of Earl Grey Tea. If using dried lavender, add to the cup with the tea bag. Or place the loose tea leaves and lavender in a tea strainer.
  • Strain the tea to remove any loose lavender petals. Add the honey, citrus oil and vanilla extract and stir to combine.
  • Steam your milk and gently pour into your cup with the tea and top with foam. Sip and enjoy!
