Baked Apple Chips Recipe
Healthy and delicious recipe for baked apple chips made in the oven!

- 2 apples
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
Using a mandoline, slice apples thinly and place on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar on one or both sides.
Bake for about 1 hour in the oven until the apple slices start to curl at the edges but are still slightly soft.
Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet.
Store in airtight container.
