Ingredients
1tbspEarl Grey tea leavesor 1 tea bag
1/2tsplavender petals
1/2cupunsweetened almond milk
1tsphoney
1DASHvanilla extract
1dropcitrus fresh essential oil
Instructions
Brew a cup of Earl Grey Tea. If using dried lavender, add to the cup with the tea bag. Or place the loose tea leaves and lavender in a tea strainer.
Strain the tea to remove any loose lavender petals. Add the honey, citrus oil and vanilla extract and stir to combine.
Steam your milk and gently pour into your cup with the tea and top with foam. Sip and enjoy!
