Peach Whiskey Sours
Summertime peach whiskey sour made with jam!
Servings 2 drinks
- 3 tbsp Peach Preserves
- 4 tbsp water
- 4 ounces whiskey
- 1 Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 egg white optional
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Place the jam and water in a cocktail shaker and mix together. Add the lemon juice, whiskey and egg white to the shaker.
Add ice and shake until well combined and the egg white has frothed up.
Strain the liquid and pour into 2 glasses. Top with a pinch of cinnamon. Garnish with a lemon twist, fresh peach slice or thyme sprig.
