Watermelon Frozen Rosé AKA Frosé

A simple, 3 ingredient recipe for the summertime favorite cocktail!

  • 1 bottle Rosé wine flat not sparkling
  • 3 cups cubed watermelon
  • 2-3 tbsp granulated sugar


  • Freeze the wine in ice cube trays for 6 or more hours. The wine will never fully freeze.
  • Cube the watermelon
  • Once the wine is frozen, add all ingredients to a blender. Pulse until mixed together, but not liquefied.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with mint.
