Pomegranate Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 oz. 30 ml pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 oz. 15 ml St. Germain Elderflower Liquor
  • 3 oz. 90 ml sparkling wine
  • Pomegranate seeds and rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour the pomegranate juice and elderflower liquor into a Champagne glass. Top with the sparkling wine and stir gently. Garnish with few pomegranate seeds and rosemary. Serve immediately. Makes 1 drink.
