This recipe for paleo vanilla bean ice cream has only 4 ingredients and is so easy to make. Treat yourself!

Ice Cream Maker
114 oz canCoconut Milkfull fat, not lite
15 oz can coconut cream
1/3cuppure maple syrup
Cut the vanilla bean in half lengthwise and scrape the seeds out. Check out the tutorial above if you need help with this.
Add all ingredients to your blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth and consistent.
Pour the liquid into the frozen bowl of your ice cream maker.
Follow manufacturers instructions. But generally, turn on ice cream mixer and mix until it reaches the consistency of soft serve ice cream. Then pour into a freeze safe container. Freeze for 2-3 hours. If you freeze overnight, you will need to defrost for a few minutes before scooping and serving.
Freeze your ice cream bowl for at least 24 hours before making the ice cream.
