Baked Apple Chips Recipe

Healthy and delicious recipe for baked apple chips made in the oven!

  • 2 apples
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg


  • Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
  • Using a mandoline, slice apples thinly and place on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar on one or both sides.
  • Bake for about 1 hour in the oven until the apple slices start to curl at the edges but are still slightly soft.
  • Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet.
  • Store in airtight container.
