- 1/2 cup Tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup Cucumbers chopped
- 1/4 cup kalamata olives chopped
- 1/4 cup feta cheese
Spoon the hummus on a serving dish. Spread evenly about 3/4-1" thick.
Top with tomatoes, then cucumbers and olives. Finish with a sprinkling of feta cheese.
Serve at room temperature with pita chips.
