Slow Cooker Pumpkin Butter
An easy recipe for pumpkin butter made with your slow cooker or instant pot!

15 oz. cans
pumpkin puree

cup
brown sugar
1/2
cup
pure maple syrup
1/2
cup
apple cider

pumpkin pie spice

sea salt

orange
juiced
Instructions
Add all ingredients to the bowl of your slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Cook on high for 4 hours.
Allow to cool and transfer to individual jars. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for 2 months.
Notes
If using your pressure cooker, be sure to read the instructions for setting it to slow cooker mode. Usually you will need to adjust the knob to vent.
